RSS readers replacing the (full and overcrowded) inbox

Is there a way to get an RSS feed of other RSS feed items that you’ve not had the time to read yet? There is a difference between items in your aggregator that you’ve not read yet (unread items) and items that you’ve flagged for reading later (saved,unread).
